We Never Stop at Recruitment.
Starting with truck drivers and expanding across the logistics industry, including warehousing.
SORAMI is a global talent support brand created from the hands-on experience of a Japanese logistics company. We support the recruitment, development, and long-term retention of foreign workers in the logistics industry, beginning with Specified Skilled Worker truck drivers.
Our services include support for Specified Skilled Workers, online educational content, Japanese-language learning, and multilingual translation. We are also preparing to expand our support into the warehousing sector in line with the relevant systems expected to begin from April 2027 onward.
2|About SORAMI
A Global Talent Support Brand Born from a Logistics Company.
SORAMI was created through IZUMI LOGISTICS’ practical experience in recruiting, training, and supporting foreign truck drivers in Japan.
We have supported foreign workers through Japanese-language education, safety training, workplace placement, regular interviews, daily-life assistance, and communication with supervisors and workplace instructors.
Through this experience, we learned that successful retention cannot be achieved through the efforts of foreign workers alone.
Employers, managers, instructors, and coworkers also need to understand foreign employment and establish an appropriate workplace environment.
SORAMI supports both foreign workers and the companies that employ them.
3|Our Approach to Retention
Support Required by Law Is Only the Beginning.
Registered support services are essential for helping Specified Skilled Workers live and work safely in Japan.
However, long-term success in a logistics workplace also requires job training, safety education, Japanese-language education, support for managers, and a well-prepared workplace.
